Resolved Question: How do I find my step mom?

Okay, here's the deal: my father passed away three years ago in St. Augustine, FL, where he'd lived for several years. I live in Minnesota and desperately need to get in contact with my step mom because she has some very important belongings of my grandma's, and I need a copy of my father's death certificate so that I may enlist in the Marine Corps next month. But, I'm having trouble because I haven't heard from my step mom since my father died, and I don't know her address, phone number, e-mail, etc. I found her on Facebook, but I can't add her for some reason...
